I‘m translating my book, so that english-speaking dog people can also immerse themselves in the good old days of dog training.

in Deutschland ist das E-Gerät seit geraumer Zeit per Tierschutzgesetz verboten. 
Da gibt es auch keine Ausnahmen.
Allerdings wird es trotzdem immer noch genutzt.

Hello Uwe,

I am well aware of the legal situation in Germany. The fact that there are still users of the e-collar is understandable. Who would want to train without a powerful, and if used correctly, animal-friendly aid?

The e-collar is only one element in my activation training. When I talk about the „good old days“ I am also referring to the learning principles negative reinforcement and punishment which are increasingly and vociferously rejected by so called positive only trainers.
